Aditi Jariwala

Hello! My name is Aditi Jariwala, and I use she/her pronouns. I joined the Career Exploration team in 2026 as the Internship Program Manager.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities (College of Liberal Arts) with a degree in Economics. During college, I often did what I thought I was “supposed” to do. I joined the “right” clubs, took the hardest classes I could manage, and focused so much on getting a job after graduation that I rarely paused to reflect on what I truly wanted to do or how I felt participating in all those activities.

While I look back on my college experience with fondness and appreciation for how fun it was, I wish I could tell my younger self to reflect more and to take steps in a direction that felt true to me, which first required figuring out who I was! After graduation, I found myself excelling in roles such as finance and project management, but I realized that what truly excited me was helping others. I knew I wanted to work in education. Taking time for self-discovery, both personally and professionally, has helped me build a life I’m proud of and feel fulfilled in, and has given me greater confidence in my abilities.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors when the weather is nice, cooking, painting, reading, and browsing local boutiques and thrift stores.
