Our Services

Macalester alumni who have graduated within five years are offered comprehensive services, including appointments with career counselors, resume reviews, job search assistance, and unlimited access to Handshake, our career services platform. Alumni 5+ years from graduation are offered three appointments and unlimited access to Handshake.

Volunteer to Help

Your help is invaluable to students. You can participate by:

• Volunteering to be a career helper on MacDirect, the online alumni directory. We encourage students to seek out alums who have designated themselves as career helpers.
• Posting your organization’s open jobs and internships on Handshake. If you wish, you can choose to make the postings visible to Mac students only. Read more about posting on Handshake as an employer.
