Brian Lush, Associate Professor, completed doctoral research on the subject of recognition and epistemology in Euripides. He has published work on battle trauma and PTSD in Euripides’ depiction of Medea and on irony and dramatic technique in Euripides’ Alcestis. Professor Lush teaches Greek Myths, Greek World, and Greek and Latin languages at all levels. In his spare time, Professor Lush enjoys watching Masterpiece Theatre, sampling frosty brews, and reading mystery novels when no one is watching.
