Faculty Participation
A ticket is required to enter the Leonard Center.
Please RSVP below before 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13. An email with a QR-code ticket will be sent before the end of day on Friday, May 15. The QR code will be scanned as you enter the Leonard Center.
No bags or backpacks larger than 12” x 12” x 6” will be allowed into the fieldhouse, and all bags may be subject to search.
Wearing academic regalia for the Commencement ceremony is strongly encouraged. If you do not have your own regalia, the Provost’s Office has a number of robes and Macalester hoods available.
You can pick up and return regalia in the Academic Programs Office, Weyerhaeuser 215, during the following times:
- PICKUP: Monday-Wednesday, May 11-13, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- RETURN: Tuesday-Thursday, May 19-21, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Staff – Volunteer for Commencement!
Every year we rely on faculty and staff to help us make Commencement a success for our graduating seniors and their families. Volunteers who support the ceremony on Commencement day will recieve a ticket to attend the ceremony.
