Declaring in Economics

We are delighted that you are interested in declaring an Economics major! Here are the necessary steps to declare.  This process is to ensure that you have identified a course of study that meets both your academic goals and the requirements of the major and that you have chosen an economics advisor.

1. Look through the major requirements and create a plan to complete these requirements using this planning sheet (Make sure you make a new copy).
2. Look at the website to see who might be a possible adviser and then make an appointment with an economics faculty to discuss this sheet.
3. After meeting with your economics adviser, fill out this major declaration form.
