Event & Meeting Support
A/V Services provides consultation, planning, support, and production services for campus meetings and events.
- Request a room and A/V assistance using Events Management System at ems.macalester.edu.
- Requests must be submitted 14 business days before your event. Late requests may be declined or require a fee.
- If you would like to borrow equipment to operate yourself, the Digital Resource Center offers this service using Tech Checkout at techcheckout.macalester.edu.

A/V Services provides installation, maintenance, and repair services for Macalester’s classrooms, meeting rooms, event spaces, and digital signage systems.
