About the Gender-Affirming Care Closet

The Gender-Affirming Care Closet is a small, physical space open in the Gender & Sexuality Commons (GSC). This space can suit you at any point of your gender journey, whether that might be exploring your style and expression in a safe spot or checking out what clothing options might call to you down the road. 

The space has free clothing, accessories, body care products, and other items available to you via appointment only at this time. This could be done solo or in groups; more details coming soon on how to book!

The space also accepts donations of the following items a few times each semester: 

• Clothing in XS – XXL+ (must be laundered, gently used or new)
• Unused, unopened makeup, hair, and body care products
• Sanitized accessories (earrings, bracelets, necklaces, etc.)
