LAW WARSCHAW GALLERY is gratefully located in Mni Sóta Makoce. We are closed Mondays but otherwise all programming is free and open to the public. Fall 2025 hours are subject to change on short notice, please confirm here or @LawWarschawGallery on Instagram before visiting.

Located at the Janet Wallace Fine Arts Center — 130 South Macalester Street, St. Paul, MN

BY CAR:

• From I-94, take the Snelling Avenue exit (Exit 231B) and head south.
• Turn right onto Grand Avenue and then immediately left at Macalester Street.
• Follow until the parking lots, where short-term visitor parking is available in most locations without need of a permit.
• Disability parking is available in the roundabout at the North entrance of Janet Wallace Fine Arts Center.

PUBLIC TRANSIT:

• Metro Transit buses stop near campus along Snelling Avenue and Summit Avenue.
• The Green Line light rail has a station at University and Snelling Avenues; from there, it’s a 10—20 minute walk South to the campus.

ON FOOT OR BIKE:

• Bicycle racks are available near the gallery entrance.
• Campus walkways lead directly to the gallery entrance.

NOTE:

All campus buildings are badge access only. For off-campus visitors, please use the doorbell at the NE corner of the Gallery block (see photo below).

TOURS:

Macalester classes are welcome to the gallery during any open hours without advance notice. For guided tours, or schedule a visit outside of listed hours, please email with at least 48 hours notice [email protected].
