By Car
Accessible parking is available in the roundabout at the north entrance of the Janet Wallace Fine Arts Center.
– From I-94, take the Snelling Avenue exit (Exit 231B) and head south
– Turn right onto Grand Avenue, then immediately left onto Macalester Street
– Continue to the parking lots; short-term visitor parking is available in most locations without a permit

By Public Transit
The Green Line light rail stops at University and Snelling Avenues — about a 10–20 minute walk south to campus.
Metro Transit buses stop near campus along Snelling Avenue and Summit Avenue.

On Foot or by Bike
Campus walkways lead directly to the gallery; bike racks are available near the gallery entrance.

Building Access
All campus buildings are badge-access only. Off-campus visitors, please use the doorbell at the northeast corner of the gallery block (see photo below).

Tours
Macalester classes are welcome during any open hours, no advance notice needed.
