Instructor:  Yukeria Haywood

6:00 – 7:00 pm, Yoga, Studio 2
Many students report study-related aches and pains throughout the semester and are often just “push past the pain”. This class will use the movements of yoga flow as a way of inviting the mind to navigate the sensations of stress in the body. The movements and intention of each practice will be based on a mindfulness check-in at the beginning of the class. We will work on strengthening legs, core, arms, and shoulders and releasing tension in the neck, back, and hips. Optional hands-on assists. Come and have fun getting on a sweat with us. Modifications will be provided and students of all levels and abilities are welcome.
Instructor:  Christy Kim

8:30 – 9:30 pm, Zumba, Studio 1
Come dance the night away every Thursday!  Join in on the easy-to-follow Zumba routines that get your heart pumping and your hips moving.  The choreography includes a mix of strength building and cardio to tone the body and increase stamina.  Dance to upbeat music in a positive environment and de-stress after a long week.  All are welcome!
