Wednesday

8:00 – 9:00 pm, Yoga Flow, Studio 2
We’ll start with 5-10 minutes of body weight core exercises to get warmed up, then move into a 45-minute vinyasa flow. This means the beginning will be stretching (sun salutations), followed by a series of strength-building poses, and finally some balancing postures and stretching to finish up. I’ll offer modifications for more/less intense options, so come join us whatever your yoga level!

Thursday

7:00 – 8:00 pm, Restorative Yoga, Studio 1
Join us for an hour of deep stretch and mindfulness. We’ll work to make space in the body through twists, long holds, and binds to hopefully make space the brain. We’ll keep the lights off for the whole of this practice and take the time to be present in the sensations of stretch.
