Yoga

Yoga for Anxiety Management, Tuesday, 4:45 pm – 6:00 pm, Studio 1
This class will guide students in understanding and developing tools to manage their anxiety.  Each class will offer a gentle yoga practice that enables students to explore what helps them settle and ground. We will focus on different skills each week, building on a foundation of nonjudgmental present-moment awareness and mindful movement to support internal equilibrium. At the end of the session, each student will have a set of anxiety management skills to take from their yoga mat into daily life. All abilities welcome.  This class has a unique registration link as participants must commit to attend all six classes.
