Performance Review Mid-year Check-in Time
We are mid-way through our performance review cycle and now is a great time to complete a mid-cycle check-in. This is the point during the academic year that supervisors and employees dedicate 1:1 meeting time to review progress of performance and development goals. This is a great opportunity for both supervisors and employees to give and receive performance feedback and document goals progress in the performance review form. Please complete these conversations by February 28. Performance Review materials can be viewed on the Training & Development page linked below
