Program Mission & Description

“In the Kitchen With…” is a program that brings students together over food and conversation to build community, broaden perspectives, and foster meaningful relationships. This program is hosted by a cultural student organization, identity collective, or other interested students who would like to share a cultural touchpoint through food. Each group receives $75 from the LSC and publicity support.

How to Reserve the Kagin Kitchen

Would you like to host an event in the Kagin Teaching Kitchen? Email [email protected] with your reservation request. Please include the following details in your reservation request at least two weeks in advance:

• Name of event
• Brief description of event
• Campus affiliation (student org, identity collective, dept, etc.)
• Date and time requested (including set up and cleaning afterwards)
• Approximate attendance

Please note that student orgs and collectives get priority access to the Kagin Teaching Kitchen. Requests will be responded to within 5 business days. Same day requests are discouraged.
