Abigail Musherure

I’m thrilled to be starting as the Study Away Programming Coordinator this year! In this role I’ll be supporting study away programming, including events, meetings, orientations, and more. I’ll be helping students access the information they need to meet deadlines, prepare for their experience, and feel confident as they get ready to study away. I look forward to meeting students and working with them throughout every phase of their journey. 

I was born and raised in Cottage Grove, Minnesota and had my first international experience when my family moved to Uganda, where we are originally from, for two years of my childhood. Those years were pivotal in shaping my identity and broadening my worldview. Since then, I’ve continued to seek out opportunities to live internationally and engage in intercultural experiences, from studying abroad in London during college to more recent travels to Brazil, France, and Kenya. 

Outside of work you might find me enjoying a concert, taking a dance class, or spending time with family and friends.
