Developing a Work Plan

Don’t leave the success of your internship up to chance! There are steps that you can take to be proactive in setting yourself up to enjoy a positive internship experience. Use this internship work plan guide in order to help you gain structure in your internship within the first week of starting. Although many of the components listed on the guide may be initiated by your site supervisor, ensuring that all of the points are addressed with your supervisor is a great way to advocate for yourself and practice clear and direct communication within your new role.
