Budgeting for Your Event

Student organizations should create and adhere to a budget for their event. Funding for student organizations is provided through allocations of student activities fees. You cannot spend money on events unless you have secured approved funding, such as:

  • $100/semester flexi funds,
  • Approved annual budget
  • Approved additional allocation
  • Approved fundraised dollars.

For information on accessing already approved funds or requesting additional funds for your events, please check out the Student Organization Finance webpage or contact [email protected]
