MacStartups brings students’ ideas into action.

MacStartups serves as a launching pad for Macalester students who have ideas for creative solutions they want to make real. In this fully-immersive, 10-week intensive program, students will develop the courage to take risks, learn methodologies and equip themselves with a toolkit, work collaboratively with a cohort of fellow Mac students, and integrate with the vibrant MSP innovator community. Participants must commit to making a full-time effort during the 10-week program. In addition to funding, student entrepreneurs are provided work space, professional advisors, expert speakers, and workshops. They will also participate in a networking showcase, the Summer Idea Showcase, to pitch their ideas to a large audience of investors and members from the local startup community and Macalester.
