Connect & Grow: Our 2026 Well-being Program

WHAM and HealthPartners Living Well strive to help you foster genuine connections with one another while providing tools to thrive personally and professionally.  To grow for the long term, you must care for your well-being in the short term. Engaging in activities that help us restore physically and emotionally is not a sign of withdrawal—it’s the foundation of our resilience.

There may be lots of reasons you want to care for your health and well-being in 2026. Why not use this year’s reward to help fund your growth or support your community.

How it works

If you have health insurance through Macalester, you gain access to resources and well-being activities through HealthPartners Living Well, which contribute to a healthy life. You’ll also get rewarded. 

  1. Enter to win a free iPad.  Complete your health assessment and at least one eligible activity by March 31, to be entered in a drawing to win a free iPad.
  2. Complete at least two eligible well-being activities. You can earn a $150 Mastercard reward card for completing the program requirements by October 31, 2026.  If you have a spouse or partner on our health plan, they can earn their own $150 Mastercard reward card.

Take your health assessment.

Complete your health assessment and at least two of the eligible well-being activities before October 31, 2026 to earn a Mastercard reward card.  Log on to healthpartners.com/wellbeing to learn more, participate, or record your completion.  Please note: The IRS requires taxation of the prize value.

If you need to set up an account, use Macalester in the company name field. You can also download the HealthPartners mobile app to easily access your health assessment and track your activity progress.

Reward Card FAQ

  • When will I get my reward?

    If this is your first time earning a reward this year, we’ll mail you a reloadable Mastercard about 1 to 2 weeks after you complete your second qualifying activity. If you already have a reloadable card, your reward will be automatically added to your card balance about 1 to 2 weeks after you complete your requirements. 

  • What happens if I lose my reloadable card?

    We can send you a replacement. Give HealthPartners Living Well Customer Support a call at 952-883-7800 or 1-800-311-1052 and let us know you need a new card. We’ll mail your new card in 3 to 5 business days. Please note that a replacement card costs $3.

  • Do my rewards expire?

    Yes. Funds earned this year can be used through June 30 of the following year.

  • How can I keep track of my balance?

    Sign into your HealthPartners Living Well account at healthpartners.com/well-being and select “View your card balance”. Also, you can give Customer Support a call at 952-883-7800 or 1-800-311-1052.
