3.9 Position Description/Job Analysis Questionnaire

Employees will be given a position description by their supervisor when they begin their employment. Supervisors may also provide other descriptive material.

In addition to assisting the new employee in their orientation, the Position Description will also provide the outline for future performance evaluations.

Position Descriptions are updated during the annual performance evaluation. Updated Position Descriptions should be sent along with the performance evaluation to the Employment Services Department for the employee's personnel file.
