3.4 Reemployment

Staff employees may be reemployed at the College. The procedure to be followed is outlined here and Section 3.3, Selection and Placement. Those staff members reemployed by the College within 12 months of their termination date will have time off benefit accruals restored equal to accrual levels at time of departure subject to applicable exempt versus non-exempt accrual rules. See Section 11 for more information about staff benefits.
