JANUARY MINDFULNESS RETREAT - January 21, 2017

It’s the start of the New Year.  You’ve survived the holidays and it’s time to take some good care of yourself and get re-energized for the year ahead.  Come join us in this half day retreat, a wonderful opportunity to take a break from the busyness of your life and explore practices that help you care for yourself and engage in your lives with ease.  Join Jane Rauenhorst, friends and colleagues for a morning of restorative practices, such as sitting and walking meditation, loving-kindness and self-compassion.  Anyone who has participated in at least one WHAM Mindfulness class or has practiced mindfulness or meditation, in any form, is welcome.  Some meditation cushions will be available, but bring your own or your yoga mat, if you have one.

The retreat costs only $25; it’s limited to the first 20 people and requires a minimum of 8, so register today.  It will be held from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, on Saturday, January 21st, 2017, in the Weyerhaueser Boardroom.
